The new program is meant to be ran for 16 weeks and is actually broken up into multiple phases.. So it’s actually more than just one program technically. The new program is set up on a PDF. It is 25 pages long and packed with workouts, nutrition/diet info and tons of tips tricks and notes breaking everything down and going over exercises, reps, stretches, mental cues, supersets, etc. it’s focused on hypertrophy/muscle gain and strength.
